EllumiNation Awards

The Ellucian EllumiNation Awards

Higher education is filled with visionaries, hidden heroes, and mission-driven leaders sparking change. We’ve created the EllumiNation Awards to celebrate the higher education institutions in our global community that use Ellucian software and services to drive innovation, resolve challenges, and make the impossible, possible.

The EllumiNation Awards honor the institutions and individuals who inspire their peers to push the boundaries of technology, remove barriers, and help students succeed.

Sometimes, an institution provides the tools to help its students thrive. And sometimes, an individual blazes the trail for others to follow. We will acknowledge exemplary efforts on both the institutional and individual level that helped advance society by:

  • Supporting student success
  • Enhancing constituents’ experience
  • Improving operational efficiency
  • Driving institutional growth

Winners for each category will be announced at Ellucian Live 2017.

Campus EllumiNation Award

Awarded to the institution that uses technology to enhance the student and/or campus experience, driving measurable growth in effectiveness.

Community EllumiNation Award

Awarded to the individual (faculty or staff) who makes things happen and creates best practices by collaborating with peers across the higher education community, identifying new solutions to common challenges.

Executive EllumiNation Award

Awarded to the executive leader that has sparked positive change, driving focus on the institutional mission to support student success with technology.

Eligibility

Customers of all sizes and types and from all countries are eligible and encouraged to nominate. Program participants should highlight specifically how Ellucian solutions or services helped to facilitate their success story.

How to nominate

Customers will self-nominate their institutions, themselves, or their peers (with permission) for recognition.

The submission deadline is Feb. 13, 2017.

Please use the nomination form, and consider including an optional video component. Send your video links to: [email protected]; please include the award category in the subject of your email (e.g. Campus EllumiNation Award)

What we’re looking for

The evaluation process

An internal Ellucian committee will judge all submissions as they are received. Top entries will advance to Ellucian leadership team for confirmation of winners in each category. The decisions of the Ellucian leadership team are final. All winners must agree, as a condition of their receipt of the award, to allow Ellucian to use their image, name and information regarding the reason for their selection in any markets, media and other forms of publicity as Ellucian may select from time to time.
