Pre-conference offerings
Make the most of your Ellucian Live learning experience by enrolling in one of the pre-conference training courses offered on Friday, April 5 and Saturday, April 6. Held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, our interactive classroom environment is a great way for you to hone your skills and network with your peers.
The fee-based pre-conference training is held independently from Ellucian Live. Choose to enroll from the following options:
- Register for Ellucian Live and enroll in pre-conference training at the same time and receive one invoice.
- Register for Ellucian Live first and later decide to attend pre-conference training. Simply return to the registration page to enroll and you will receive an updated invoice reflecting all fees.
- Attend pre-conference training only by enrolling on the Ellucian Live registration site. Simply select the pre-conference training only option when prompted.
- NOTE: If you register for a pre-conference meeting, you will be ineligible to attend pre-conference training due to time conflicts.

Pre-conference cancellation policy
Many of our classes have a minimum registration requirement of 10 attendees with a potential maximum capacity of 25. If the minimum registration requirement for a specific training class is not met, Ellucian reserves the right to cancel the session.
- If Ellucian receives a written notice of cancellation from attendee by March 14, 2013, a service charge will not be incurred.
- If Ellucian receives a written notice of cancellation from attendee between March 15 and 28, 2013, a 25 percent service charge will be incurred.
- After March 28, the full tuition will be obligatory.
Pre-conference substitution policy
Attendee substitutions are accepted if the replacement has met all of the necessary prerequisites for the class. Please submit any cancellation notices or substitution requests via email to edservices@ellucian.com.
Submit all notifications of attendee substitutions from the same institution to Ellucian on/before March 14, 2013.
