Can’t make it to New Orleans?
Take advantage of Ellucian Live 2015’s learning opportunities without ever leaving your campus. For just $500, you can download content from all the sessions as well as watch video recordings of selected sessions including Jeff Ray’s vision for the future and product highlights. To guide you toward a particular session we offer downloads of a
list of video recorded content or the
full list of sessions for PPT content.
The first deadline for participants to register for access to recordings closes April 23. After that we will offer a second registration option available in May, which is close to when the presentations will be available for download.
Because all programs and training are customer-focused events, attendance is restricted to:
- Current Ellucian customers on valid maintenance agreements.
- Ellucian employees. (Employees are not permitted to register for the Executive Forum or to enroll in pre-conference training sessions.)
- Third-party (i.e., outside) consultants working full time in a managerial role with a current Ellucian customer. (Third-party consultants can register but will require approval by Ellucian, must sign a non-disclosure agreement when registering, and must pay a registration fee.) Third-party consultants are not permitted to enroll in pre-conference training sessions or to attend the Executive Forum or Degree Works Forum.

Guests of attendees
The guest pass fee ($75 per person) entitles your guest(s) to attend the Tuesday evening customer event. We’re sorry, but guests of attendees are not permitted to attend sessions, meal functions, or the exhibit hall at Ellucian Live 2015.
Specialty (kosher or halal) meals surcharge
Due to the significant cost difference for kosher or halal meals, there will be a one-time $50 surcharge for attendees who select that type of meal during the registration process. The surcharge will cover the following meals: Sunday brunch, Monday and Tuesday lunches.
There are no refunds on cancellations received after March 10, 2015.
Cancellation of registration must be submitted via email (
[email protected]) and must be received by March 10, 2015. There is a $50 processing fee on all cancellations, regardless of the date the cancellation is received. Refunds are processed within 30 days with the exception of credit card payments. Registration fees paid via credit card will be refunded (minus the $50 processing fee) at the time the cancellation is received.
A full conference, single day or Degree Works Forum substitution may be made at any time for a paid-in-full registrant from the same institution. A pre-con training substitution from the same institution must be made prior to 30 days before the session (March 10, 2015). There is a $50 processing fee on all substitutions. The substitution fee must be paid via credit card at the time the substitution is processed.

Pre-conference cancellation policy
Depending on the class, there is a minimum attendee registration requirement. This number is approximately seven attendees, with a potential maximum capacity of 25. If the minimum registration requirement for a specific training class is not met, Ellucian reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify any registered attendee in writing. If an attendee cancels his or her registration within 30 days of the pre-conference event (on or after March 10, 2015), 100 percent of the tuition will be fully obligatory. Attendee substitutions are acceptable, provided the replacement has met all of the necessary prerequisites for the class. Please submit any cancellation notices or substitution requests via e-mail to
