This site replaces the Customer Support Center and AnswerNet and is accessible through our single sign-on portal, the Ellucian Hub.

Share your ideas
Ellucian relies on your input to help determine what product enhancements to make. Go to the Ellucian Support Center and click on the “Ideas” tab. From there, you can review peers’ ideas, vote on those you want to see included in future product releases, and even submit your own ideas for others to review and vote on.
