Membership in the Maintenance Advantage Program gives you access to the Ellucian Support Center, where you can find all the information you need to keep your skills current and your systems running smoothly.

This site replaces the Customer Support Center and AnswerNet and is accessible through our single sign-on portal, the Ellucian Hub.

Share your ideas

Ellucian relies on your input to help determine what product enhancements to make. Go to the Ellucian Support Center and click on the “Ideas” tab.
