By Ellucian on Wednesday, January 17, 2018

Open to Ellucian customers from all types of institutions in countries around the globe, the 2018 EllumiNation Awards are open for submissions.

Now in its third year, the EllumiNation Awards recognize outstanding customer institutions and individuals who push the boundaries of technology and remove obstacles to success. Highlighting exemplary efforts and outcomes, the awards celebrate the support of student success, the enhancement of constituents’ experience, the creation of operational efficiencies, and the advancement of institutional growth by highlighting inspiring examples of outstanding accomplishment.

The EllumiNation Awards program comprises three categories:

  • the Technology Award recognizes an institution using technology to enhance the student and campus experience, driving measurable growth in effectiveness;
  • the Community Award honors an individual who makes innovation happen, creating new solutions and best practices through collaboration with peers and across the higher-ed community;
  • and, the Executive Award highlights an executive leader who has sparked positive change by driving focus on the institutional mission to support student success with technology.

“We’re honoring those who inspire us–the higher-ed visionaries and hidden heroes who are service-oriented leaders driving change through our software and services,” said Jackie Yeaney, Ellucian’s chief marketing officer. “These are the individuals, teams and institutions who are really at the forefront of knocking down the barriers to helping students succeed.”

The deadline for submission is Monday, February 12, 2018. Winners will be announced and celebrated at eLive 2018, our annual users conference, in San Diego. Customers are encouraged to nominate themselves, their teams, institutions or peers for an EllumiNation Award or, work with their account executive on a submission.
