Forging Pathways for Students
Muskegon Community College (MCC) is redefining what success means by becoming a Community College 3.0 institution. Rather than pushing students out the door with only a credential, the college is preparing them for successful transfer opportunities and entry into the workforce.

Ellucian Institutional Effectiveness collaborated with Muskegon leadership to define aligned objectives, measurable outcomes, and leading indicators. Through campus data governance leadership, the partnership also established reliable data definitions that give the institution confidence in its reporting and decision-making.
Today, Ellucian Insights serves as the college's single source of truth for tracking strategic plan progress. Combined with thoughtful data governance, the solution enables leaders and staff to make evidence-based decisions that strengthen accountability and help ensure students achieve meaningful outcomes beyond graduation.
