Ellucian's ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups that bring team members together to explore professional topics and exchange personal experiences within a safe, supportive, and collaborative community.

Competency-based interviewing
We've removed "culture fit" from our vocabulary and are focused on a more equitable evaluation process. We're breaking through bias with competency-based interviewing that uncovers the skills and experiences we need to move us forward. We're also mindful of our interview teams and encourage diverse panels to ensure different perspectives.
