Our Hiring Process
We pride ourselves on providing a world-class customer experience—and it’s with that same spirit that we approach our candidate experience. We hope that you’ll find our process to be transparent, respectful, and highly communicative. Here’s what you can expect:
You’ve decided to apply for one of our openings. Now what?
While interviewing is exciting, it can also be a little nerve-racking. We want you to be as prepared as possible, so here are a few tips to guide you through the process.
- Be your true and authentic self
So much of what we do, we do as a collaborative effort, so we want to know who we’ll be working with. We promise to do the same in return.
- Share your background
We want to know your thoughts and experiences, your successes and challenges. Open communication is part of the collaborative process.
- Be bold
Let us know how you’d make a difference on our team. We’d love to hear your ideas.
- Ask questions
The interview process goes both ways, and it’s important for you to know if we’re a good fit for you.
For those new to interviewing, here are some interviewing best practices to help you feel more prepared:
- Plan to arrive 15 minutes early
Be sure to check the traffic and consider a dry run if you’re unsure about travel time.
- Test your video link
If you’re scheduled for a video interview, test the link in advance to ensure that any technical issues are resolved ahead of time.
- Do your research
Our recruiters and hiring managers have researched your background and learned about you from your application and resume. For a successful interview, be sure to reciprocate: prepare by learning the basics of what we do and the products we offer.
- Review and prepare
Re-read the job description and prepare examples of how you think you would add value within the team. Review your resume and be ready to discuss your experiences and accomplishments. We want to hear about them.
