Joey Lane is a seasoned user experience designer with strong interests in visual, voice, and interaction design. He leads the experience design and strategy of Ellucian CRM, Degree Works, voice, and chatbot, delivering design direction and thought leadership to address the needs of students, staff, customers, and business users.
Joey is passionate about driving impactful user experience and is a strong advocate for product vision, supporting the vision and strategy work for voice in collaboration with product management.
Joey holds a BS in media arts and animation from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. He joined Ellucian in October 2017.
