Lisa Townsend

As Chief of Staff & Vice President, Enterprise AI Transformation, Lisa Townsend is focused on supporting the senior leadership team in developing and executing the organization's strategy and key initiatives.

Lisa is responsible for translating Ellucian's AI investments into business results, working across product, delivery, and commercial teams to bring AI into everyday operations and customer outcomes.

Lisa has over a decade of leadership experience. She joined Ellucian from the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she focused on growth and portfolio strategy and operating model transformation across the public and private sectors. Before her time at BCG, Lisa served eight years as an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Navy.

She earned her MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and has a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
