Adam Miller is passionate about EdTech and its ability to make a difference in students' lives. While his experience spans a variety of SaaS products, he has been immersed in the world of higher ed since 2020. Outside of work, you'll notice him cheering on a Chicago sports team or grilling something up on his Traeger.

Dr. Daniel Greenstein is Ellucian's Chief of Industry Transformation, where he guides higher education system strategy and strengthens partnerships with state systems, policymakers, and institutional networks. A nationally recognized leader, he previously served as Chancellor of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education and held senior roles at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the University of California.

Johanna Smith is Director of Professional Services at Ellucian, where she works closely with universities in the UK and Ireland to deliver successful technology implementations and support digital transformation initiatives. With deep experience leading complex ERP implementation projects across the higher education sector, Johanna now specialises in helping institutions move from legacy systems to modern SaaS platforms in order to realise sustainable improvements in operational effectiveness and the student experience.
