Josh Rice serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Ellucian, where he leads the company's unified global commercial organization, including revenue operations, solutions consulting, services solutions, and customer success. In this role, he is responsible for advancing Ellucian's growth strategy and scaling adoption of Ellucian Student and Ellucian's broader AI-powered platform across higher education. His focus is on delivering a connected customer journey that helps institutions unlock the full value of these solutions and achieve stronger outcomes for students, faculty, and staff.

Josh brings nearly three decades of experience building and leading high-performing, customer-facing teams across global markets. He has a strong track record of driving transformation through the adoption of cloud and AI technologies, with deep expertise spanning sales, pre-sales, customer success, and business development.

Most recently, Josh served as Vice President of Global Sales at Shopify, where he led Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Global Sales. Prior to Shopify, he held senior leadership roles at Workday, Google, Microsoft, and Amazon Web Services, including Director of Customer Engineering and Head of Business Development and AI/Machine Learning.

Jamie has been a member of the Board of Directors since May 2022. He joined Vista Equity Partners in 2000. He is currently a Co-Head of Vista Equity Partners Perennial Fund, the firm's permanent capital investment fund, and is a member of its Investment Committee. Previously, he served as Vista's Chief Operating Officer and as President of Vista Credit Partners and Vista Public Strategies. He graduated magna cum laude with a BA in economics from Amherst College.

Vince has been a member of the Board of Directors since November 2024. He joined Vista Equity Partners in 2011 and is a member of Vista Equity Partners Perennial Fund, the firm's permanent capital investment fund, and is a member of Vista's Private Equity Management Committee. Before joining Vista, Vince was the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ventyx (formerly a Vista company), which is a leading business solutions provider offering software, data and advisory services. Prior to Ventyx, Vince was a Managing Director at Alvarez and Marsal Business Consulting and Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SourceNet Solutions (formerly a Vista company). He holds a BBA in accounting from Texas A&M University, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Lee has been a member of the Board of Directors since November 2024. He is a Managing Director on the Blackstone Operating Team and the lead Operating Executive for Blackstone's Private Equity investments in the technology sector. Before joining Blackstone, Lee served as Executive Vice President, Fraud, Communications and Contact Center Solutions at TransUnion. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago, where he graduated with honors, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Dr. Howard has been a member of the Board of Directors since September 2021. He is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Arizona State University (ASU) working closely with ASU's President and the other Executive Vice Presidents to coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives, technology, and advancement, and is one of the key leaders responsible for ASU Enterprise planning strategy. He is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and earned a doctorate from the University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar. He also earned an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. He was previously President of Robert Morris University, President of Hampden-Sydney College, a Vice President at the University of Oklahoma, and also had a successful corporate career with GE and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Deborah has been a member of the Board of Directors since April 2022. She is the Managing Partner of GSV Ventures, a venture fund investing in education and workforce skills technologies that are disrupting the $7 trillion global sector. In addition, she is co-founder of the ASU+GSV Summit, the preeminent gathering of leaders in education and workforce skilling, and she serves on the boards of Ascend Learning and Turnitin. Deborah graduated cum laude with a BA in history from Princeton University in 1982 and an MBA from Harvard University in 1987.

Gerri brings more than 30 years of C-suite experience guiding organizations through digital and AI strategy, category-defining enterprise transformation, and organizational reinvention. She is recognized for helping leadership teams redesign operating models, build differentiated platforms, and translate technology innovation into durable business advantage.

Gerri also currently served on the Board of Directors of Charles Schwab and is Board Chair of Renaissance Learning. She previously served on the Tableau Board of Directors prior to its acquisition by Salesforce. Her operating background includes C-suite roles at Starbucks, Adobe, McAfee and VeriSign.

Jim has been a member of the Board of Directors since September 2021. He joined Vista Equity Partners in 2008 and is currently Co-Head of Vista Equity Partners Perennial Fund, the firm's permanent capital investment fund, and is a member of its Investment Committee. Prior to joining Vista, Jim spent 25 years at William Blair & Company, including 14 years heading up the technology investment banking practice and 11 years as an equity research analyst following the technology section. He earning his B.A. in Economics with honors from Williams College and his M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business, University of Chicago.

Dr. LeBlanc has been a member of the Board of Directors since July 2024. He is an author, industry leader, innovator and former president of Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). He previously served as Senior Policy Advisor to Under Secretary Ted Mitchell at the US Department of Education, working on competency-based education, new accreditation pathways, and innovation. Paul is a graduate of Framingham State University (BA), Boston College (MA), and the University of Massachusetts (PhD).
