Andy Garner is an Account Executive at Ellucian, the marketing leader in software solutions and services for the Higher Education market. Andy joined Ellucian in January 2021 and is leading our new engagement approach, bringing together the power of Enterprise Architecture coupled with the other software and tools Ellucian has to offer.
Andy’s career has been entirely focused on Higher Education, having worked on both vendor and customer side, he has a unique and deep knowledge of how the sector works. Andy has worked for some very large application software vendors, including Specialist Computer Centres, Unit4 and Tribal, but also spent 5 years working for Staffordshire University, where he undertook a number of roles, including Work Based Learning Sales Manager, Change Project Manager and leading a Student Record System renewal project from procurement to go-live.
As well as having a 1st class honours degree in Computing Science, he is a fully qualified Prince2 practitioner and has over two decades of experience with enterprise software, covering Student Records and ERP systems.
