Esther has more than 20 years of experience in higher education transformation, business analysis, and strategic change. Working with universities across the UK and Europe, she helps institutions align technology investments with their strategic goals, supporting SaaS modernisation, operational improvement, and enhanced student experiences. Prior to joining Ellucian, Esther held a range of leadership and operational roles within both Russell Group and post-1992 universities, leading initiatives spanning student systems transformation, process improvement, international partnerships, apprenticeship operations and organisational change. Combining deep sector expertise with a practical understanding of institutional challenges, she is passionate about helping higher education leaders realise meaningful value through innovation, collaboration, and data-informed decision-making.
