Lacey Gerard is an Experience Design Director at Ellucian specializing in facilitation and innovation. She is a problem de-tangler and conversation leader for ideas and product discovery. Her education and work experience in design, UX research, and software development helps teams create ethical, human-centered products. Lacey is also an award-winning faculty member at the Maryland Institute College of Art.
