Lenny Fenster

As Senior Vice President of SaaS Innovation Delivery, Lenny leads the successful delivery of Ellucian's innovative SaaS solutions, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and long-term value for customers. He is responsible for aligning delivery strategy and execution to support Ellucian's SaaS transformation and growth objectives. Lenny oversees teams accountable for developing, piloting, and scaling modern delivery models across Professional Services, while also ensuring consistency, quality, and operational rigor. His organisation leads Ellucian's most critical customer engagements, partnering closely with customers to deliver complex implementations, accelerate time to value, and uphold Ellucian's commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Prior to joining Ellucian, Lenny spent 26 years at Microsoft, where he most recently served as Global Chief Technology Officer for Customer Success, Data and AI, and Applications. In this role, he architected large-scale transformational initiatives, established and led global technology organisations, and advanced strategic technical partnerships. Earlier in his career, he authored the TFS/Project Server Connector and the book Effective Use of Microsoft Enterprise Library, reflecting his deep technical expertise and commitment to practical innovation.

Lenny holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the West Chester University of Pennsylvania, a MicroMaster's in Quantum Computing from Purdue University, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Penn State University, and a Data Science Specialisation from Johns Hopkins University.
