Ren is an established HR professional with years of experience in compensation and data analytics. Ren joined Ellucian in 2019 to lead the overall company compensation policies and programs, including job architecture, base pay, short-term incentive, and long-term investment programs, sales compensation, and executive compensation for the entire global workforce. Before joining Ellucian, Ren worked at Hilton and Aflac, where she has spent years in progressive sales compensation analysis, consulting, and managerial roles. She also has prior experiences in Public Administration, emphasizing statistical analysis and financial management.

Ren was born and lived in Beijing, China, for 22 years before moving to the US in 2010. She attended the Communication University of China for her bachelor’s degree, where she studied Drama, Film, and TV Literature. Ren graduated from Georgia State University (GSU) with a master’s in public administration degree with a concentration in Public Management and Finance. Ren has a great passion for data, communications, and policy – all the great makings of a phenomenal Compensation Professional.
