Suzanne Kissel is a principle learning experience designer at Ellucian. She works closely with higher education leaders to enhance learner engagement through the thoughtful adoption of instructional technologies and application of learning analytics. As a passionate online instructor herself, Suzanne excels at supporting faculty members in successfully transforming their instruction to attract and engage remote learners. She is a practiced and innovative instructional designer who uses the powers of storytelling and game mechanics to develop groundbreaking online courses.

Prior to working with Ellucian, Suzanne served at the Center for Instructional Technology at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Suzanne holds a BA in English from Davidson College, a Ph.D. in English literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an MS in instructional technology from East Carolina University.
