We’re just over a week away from the launch of Ellucian Live Online—an interactive, digital experience to help foster learning and share best practices across this incredible global community of higher education institutions. And we’re really excited to have you join us!

When we were planning for Ellucian Live 2020 last fall, we chose the theme of Powering What’s Next for Higher Education. Little did we know just how appropriate this theme would be. The pandemic hit and higher education was disrupted along with the rest of the world. Canceling our plans for a live gathering in April was a no-brainer because, like all of you, we looked around us at the unfolding crisis and wondered, “what’s next?”

For Ellucian, our answer to that question was clear. We needed to do everything in our power to bring our customers and community together in a moment of need, to identify top priorities and concerns, and then come together to share best practices and lessons learned.

We also needed to give you access to team members from Product, Customer Success, Action Line, partners and Ellucian executives to partner with you during this period of rapid transformation. Most importantly, we needed to provide an opportunity for you to connect with your peers and give you the ability to network and learn from this community’s collective wisdom. We wanted to ensure we were doing everything possible to make sure you’re getting every last ounce of value out of your solutions, your data, and your partnership with us as we all navigate this strange new world.

It was in that context that we shifted our live event into a digital format—Ellucian Live Online. And since this is uncharted territory for all of us, we started with a survey that asked what topics you wanted to cover and how you wanted to engage. We’re so grateful for your input, because now we have a custom-tailored agenda that hits the topics you care about most in a format that works for your busy schedules.

As you’ll see, our Ellucian Live Online agenda kicks off on Monday, June 8 at 11:30 a.m. ET with keynote addresses from our CEO Laura Ipsen, as well as myself and our Chief Customer Officer Chris Collins. Then, starting on Tuesday, June 9 at 11:30 a.m. ET and throughout the remainder of June and beyond, we’ll dive into your top-requested topics and solution areas, including:
