Ellucian shines at the TSIA 2019 STAR Awards

Ellucian has been named a 2019 STAR Award winner for the third consecutive year by the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA). The STAR Awards, determined by industry peers, honor companies in 12 categories for exceptional dedication to innovation and excellence.
Ellucian was named a winner in the Innovation in Employee Engagement Experience and Loyalty category. Ellucian leadership believes strongly in putting people first and creating an inclusive work place that values diversity and makes everyone feel like they belong. Through strategic planning and execution, team involvement and a cultivated environment that allows people to grow personally, Ellucian’s Global Support Services team has increased its employee satisfaction scores, employee productivity and tenue, and ultimately its net promoter score (NPS).

Ellucian’s Action Line also received a Support Staff Excellence Center certification for its continued focus and training on improving the customer experience. Additionally, it was named as a finalist for Innovation in Customer Portals thanks to the launch of the new Customer Support Center earlier this year.
