RESTON, VA – Ellucian, the leading provider of software and services built to power higher education, today announced that Holmesglen Institute, a leading tertiary education institution in Melbourne, Australia, has added Ellucian CRM Advance to its suite of Ellucian solutions. Now in steady state, CRM Advance supports Holmesglen’s new alumni and philanthropy programs with the goal of empowering transformative education and engagement opportunities.
Holmesglen is part of Australia’s public technical and further education (TAFE) sector, and provides training and skills for a variety of career pathways, including in hospitality, building and construction, healthcare, childcare, and business and accounting. To achieve its strategic growth efforts, Holmesglen sought to implement new methods and innovative technology as a means of connecting with its alumni base, and developing philanthropic support to offer broader access to life-changing educational programs.

CRM Advance is equipped with advanced functionalities that meet Holmesglen’s specific mission. Now, Holmesglen can eliminate the risks arising from manual workarounds. Each time a class of students graduates data will flow directly from Ellucian Banner, the institution’s student information system, to CRM Advance, enabling more automated workflows and intuitive engagement. Thanks to the powerful reporting and analytics capabilities of CRM Advance, Holmesglen’s communication efforts, alumni events, and donor engagement activities will be tracked and recorded to inform data-driven decisions in the future.
