Carl Albert State College (CASC), a public community college located in Southeastern Oklahoma, has selected Ellucian Colleague enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for a campus-wide software conversion.
Ellucian Colleague will integrate the institution’s data, enabling transparency across departments, enhancing how data is shared to both staff and students, and will also streamline and simplify administrative task processes. Staff and administrators will be able to take advantage of integrated Ellucian analytics, which will provide the ability to collect and surface important data. This component will allow campus leadership to make informed business decisions for the college and its students.
“We are excited about the options within Ellucian Colleague that will be available to our staff, faculty, and students,” said CASC President Jay Falkner. “As an institution, we are continually striving to improve processes, student outcomes, and the overall operational and collegiate experience for the Viking family.”
Ellucian Colleague’s features will give CASC students enhanced access to grades, course registration, financial aid and account management. Additionally, with both administrative and student data stored in the same system, administrators and staff can deliver a more efficient, automated and personalized experience for students beginning in the application process through graduation.
“CASC’s is our fourteenth Colleague customer in the state of Oklahoma alone and a great demonstration of how technology and data can be a catalyst for community colleges to modernize and achieve strategic goals,” said Ellucian Senior Director of Product Management Tracy Williams. “We are excited to be working with CASC and proud to offer our customers real solutions to expand their digital transformation efforts and ultimately improve success for students, staff and administrators.”
