Krista O’Connor

Krista O’Connor is a Senior Manager of Legal Operations at Ellucian, a global information technology and solutions company specializing in higher education. Krista joined Ellucian in 2017 and provides support to the legal team by focusing her efforts on compliance, transactions, and ongoing improvements to the contract workflow through cross-functional projects. Prior to joining Ellucian, Krista worked at Ricoh America Corporation, where she managed a team of contract management specialists who supported the contract review process for all sales contracts in Ricoh's U.S. direct sales channel. Krista earned her B.A. at the Pennsylvania State University and will forever bleed blue and white.

Krista lives with her husband Matt and their children Declan and Sloane in Phoenixville, PA. In her free time she enjoys watching Bravo, online shopping (often at the same time), and entertaining friends and family.
