Louis Hale

Louis is an Associate Regional Business Specialist at Ellucian. Louis joined Ellucian after speaking at the European Ellucian User Conference in 2018 and works remotely out of Greenwich. He originally joined Ellucian as a Functional Consultant in the Professional Services team but has since moved to the Global Product Strategy Team.

At the time, he was the elected Vice President Student Activities at Greenwich Students’ Union at the University of Greenwich. He was the leading student voice on the University’s IT Strategy Board and helped found a Mobile Application Governance group to help make sure the product was meeting the needs of students and progressing. Having studied IT at the university, this role gave him a unique insight into the higher education IT world alongside insight into the complicated needs of students throughout the university experience.

In his spare time, he enjoys watching and playing American football, going to comedy clubs, listening to Taylor Swift, and travelling with his friends to F1 races.
