Naganandini Ravichandran

Naganandini Ravichandran is a senior software test engineer with the ERP platform team. She holds a master’s degree in quality management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and was hired at Ellucian through a campus placement in 2011 as an automation engineer with the test center team.

She is married and the mother of two boys, Manav and Prathik. She enjoys participating in employee groups such as Buzzinga and Lean In Circles.

In her spare time, she aspires to learn and do things that keep her active, from dance and music to theater and art. She loves reading short stories and novels, and she is a Netflix addict. Someday she would like to become a public speaker.
