Tammy Riley

After 20 years in human resources Tammy Riley joined Ellucian last fall. The first 10 years of her career were spent in corporate HR with companies such as Morgan Stanley, PriceWaterhouse Coopers and JP Morgan Chase Bank. While working for a German-based market research firm Tammy decided to join HR at a university in NYC wondering how different or alike the challenges and opportunities would be on a college campus. In her 10 years in higher education she was part of the core HR team responsible for compensation design, implementing new systems and developing business processes on campus. It was during this tenure where Tammy met and worked with what she calls “the most amazing consultants” from what was then SunGard. Taking all she learned — she was so impressed by their dedication and expertise she sought out an opportunity at Ellucian. Since September 2018 Tammy has been a Senior Solutions Consultant supporting clients and sharing with prospects all that Banner HR has to offer. She defines her current role as “everything she never knew she wanted and more”.

Tammy currently resides in NJ and enjoys travel, podcasts and anything DIY.
