Hayley Davis

Hayley Davis is currently a Global Professional Services Director at Ellucian, the market-leader in software solutions and services built to power higher education.

Hayley completed a B.A (Hons) in Business Studies, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, and a PhD in Business Management, and started her career as a Lecturer in Business Management at Loughborough University and Nottingham Trent University before moving in to the Information Technology sector where she has gained over 25 years’ experience across a range of industries from Consultancy, Financial Services, Digital Publishing and Higher Education (HE), working in a range of roles from Business Management Lecturer, Business Analyst, Product Manager, Implementation Consultant, Head of Relationship Management, Programme and Portfolio Director, Professional Services Practice Director, Head of Customer Success, and more recently as a Director within Ellucian’s Global Professional Services developing new service solution offerings and new implementation methodologies and approaches.

Hayley’s achievements include creating some of the first credit risk management ecommerce solutions, winning the Data Publishers Product Development of the Year Award and the Newspaper Society Outstanding Achievement of the Year for Digital Innovation and Creativity. More recently at Ellucian, using her experience as a Programme Director implementing ERPs within H.E, Hayley has developed an enhanced implementation methodology specific to H.E which leverages the UCISA capability model and proven implementation practices that are business process and outcome-focused, designed around increasing time to value for customers.
