Paul Travill

Paul Travill has worked in academic administration for more than 25 years. He believes in ensuring that technology supports the administrative process, maximises significant investments and enhances the student experience. At Heriot-Watt University, he is leading the Student Administration Revitalisation Programme (SARP), a four-to-five-year programme modernising every aspect of student and academic administration.

With campuses in Scotland, the United Arab Emirates and Malaysia, Heriot-Watt University is a global university, with global policies and a commitment to a global student experience. The university was recently awarded International University of the Year by the Sunday Times in their Best University Guide.
