As senior vice president of people, Holly Kortright is responsible for leading the global human resources function at Ellucian. In this role, she drives the company’s human capital management strategy—including talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement programs—in support of Ellucian’s mission to ensure our clients’ success.
Holly has more than 20 years of experience in both Fortune 500 and mid-size organizations. Prior to joining Ellucian, she served as senior vice president of human resources at Deltek. During her tenure, Deltek Human Resources delivered innovative, best-in-class programs resulting in multiple awards as a great place to work. Previously, Holly was the vice president of human resources at Capital One Financial Corporation and held positions at Mobil Oil Corporation, Hay Group, and Andersen Consulting with emphasis on organizational development, leadership and talent development, change management, consulting, and business process reengineering.
Holly holds a master’s in human resources management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a bachelor’s in industrial engineering from Lehigh University. She also earned an Executive Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University and a Change Management Certificate from the Darden School of Business at The University of Virginia. In 2016, Holly was recognized as one of the “Trending 40” by The New Power Women of DC TECH.
