Lisa Cieselski

Lisa Ciesielski is the associate director of advising and orientation at Hawkeye Community College (HCC). She earned her associate degree from HCC, and from her experience at Hawkeye found a great passion for helping community college students. After Hawkeye, she earned a bachelor’s degree in social study teaching from Upper Iowa University, and a master’s degree in postsecondary student affairs from the University of Northern Iowa. In her current role she leads a team of five academic advisors and seven student success specialists who support students in their academic journey.
