Communication Management (Release 9.1) is a new function built with XE technology that will work across the Banner enterprise. This new tool is for transactional connections to your constituents using Banner data—from recruiting and admissions letters to financial aid award letters, to registration reminders or notifications of past-due tuition. These new tools will be available for general release in June 2016 and will be available to all Banner customers without additional license.
