When I came over, we were just onboarding the Recruit software and it was something that was needed for that student experience because up until then, we couldn't capture that data from a student and we couldn't keep track of, you know, what events they had attended and what interactions a recruiter may have had with them. So, we implemented Recruit to do those things.

We also weren't communicating with students on a very personalized way. Everyone would get the same e-mail message at the same time, and you would decide if it was something you would read, right? And when we came over and we implemented Recruit. We were able to make it very personalized. And that was when the students really responded, and we saw action.

So, it was neat because the admissions team alongside my recruitment team, alongside marketing, started working together and we would calculate everything out. And we could make it as personable and as planned out as we wanted. [Students] got the information just in time and not all at once. It wasn't just an e-mail of four pages long where they had to pick out what they needed. We could use that to send out the very personalized messages.
