Institutions using donor-facing customer experience web pages within CRM Advance to accept online donations can also add 360MatchPro's company search tool to their online donation forms. This allows donors to determine their eligibility and begin the matching gift process at the actual point of donation.

With this connection, Double the Donation's software, 360MatchPro, can send off automated outreach that identifies match-eligible donors and empowers them to submit their matching gift requests with simple next steps.
