2025 Ellucian Impact Award
The Ellucian Impact Award celebrates the higher education visionaries who are inspiring others to push the boundaries of technology and innovation. The annual award recognizes institutions that use technology to solve challenges, inspire change, operate more efficiently, and improve the student experience.
How It Works
Is your institution innovating to enhance the student experience? Transforming to be more flexible or scalable? Realizing the benefits of SaaS technology? Leveraging data to better inform decision-making?
This is your chance to tell your story and be recognized for your institution's impact. Ellucian customers must nominate themselves for award consideration. Internal and external panels will review nominations to select the winning institutions. Award recipients will be publicly announced and showcased at Ellucian Live 2025.
The Ellucian Impact Award is open to all current Ellucian customers. Institutions must complete and submit the entry form no later than November 22, 2024, 5 p.m. ET.

Recognition
The Ellucian Impact Award winners receive:

Recognize institutions leveraging data from Ellucian solutions and AI technologies to enable decision-making and strategic planning. Institutions in this category will incorporate internal and external data into a single source of truth to predict trends for student enrollment program alignment, workforce demand, and resource optimization.
Excellence in SaaS Modernization
Recognize institutions utilizing the Ellucian SaaS Platform to automate manual processes, enhance staff and faculty productivity, eliminate cost-intensive hardware, and use analytics to make cost-effective decisions. Institutions in this category take a holistic, capability-based approach to modernization, streamlining operations in any or all functional areas to conserve time, effort, and resources.
Institutional Agility
Recognize institutions leveraging Ellucian solutions to adapt to the latest challenges and trends for higher education. Institutions in this category demonstrate how they are using technology to problem-solve and innovate, improving outcomes and boosting revenue to combat challenges such as declining enrollment, shrinking budgets, and rising administrative costs.
Additional Information
An internal Ellucian committee will evaluate all submissions. Top entries will advance to a judging panel of previous Impact Award winners. The decisions of that committee are final. Committee members representing any nominated institution will not participate in the evaluation of award submissions.
All winners agree, as a condition of their receipt of the award, to allow Ellucian to use their image, name, logo, and nomination information in any marketing materials, media, and other forms of publicity without further permission or compensation. Winners also agree to work with Ellucian to develop a video testimonial to feature their institution and Impact story prior to award acceptance at Ellucian Live 2025. Winners agree to provide b-roll footage to support video production. Participant(s) affirm that they have the right to use all materials and personal information included in their submission packets.
It is incumbent upon the institution or individual to confirm there is no prohibition imposed on the institution or individual, either by statute or institutional policy or practice, that would preclude the institution or individual from accepting the award.
All participants agree to be bound by these terms and by the decisions of Ellucian, including, but not limited to, decisions regarding eligibility and award recipients, which are final and binding in all respects. Ellucian reserves the right to revise, suspend, or cancel this award program in its sole discretion.
Ellucian will maintain the privacy of any personal information provided with your application as described in its Privacy Statement. Ellucian may use the personal information you provide to send you communications about the award process and related promotional activities. Ellucian will maintain the personal information you provide for up to three years unless a longer period is required for legal or regulatory requirements.
