The Ellucian Impact Award celebrates higher education visionaries who are inspiring others to push the boundaries of technology and innovation. The annual award recognizes institutions using technology to overcome challenges, operate more efficiently, and offer a unique student experience.
How it works
Is your institution innovating to enhance the student and constituent experience? Has your institution made efforts to creatively improve student well-being? Has your campus undergone digital transformation or used data to better inform decision-making?
This is your chance to tell your story and be recognized for your institution’s impact.
Internal and external panels will review nominations to select the award winners. Award recipients will be publicly announced and showcased at Ellucian Live Online 2021.
The nomination window for the 2021 Ellucian Impact Award is now closed.
The Ellucian Impact Award
Share your story and be recognized for your institution’s impact on higher education technology. Nominate your institution for the annual Ellucian Impact Award.
The Ellucian Impact Award winners receive:
Has your institution created programs or initiatives to help your most vulnerable students during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Did your initiative have a unique vision demonstrating innovation and creativity? Has your institution experienced proven success with innovative technology during the COVID-19 pandemic? Have you reimagined education or fostered a strong campus culture in a virtual environment?
Has your institution undergone a significant digital transformation effort? Have you optimized existing technology and improved integration? Have you demonstrated efficiency and business process improvement?
*Reportable metrics are imperative. Results can be quantifiable or anecdotal, but more measurable results and examples will result in higher scores.
The Ellucian Impact Award is open to all current Ellucian customers. Institutions must complete and submit the entry form no later than January 15, 2021, 5 p.m. ET. All eligible institutions are encouraged to apply.
An internal Ellucian committee will evaluate all submissions. Top entries will advance to a panel of Ellucian Customer Council members representing select Ellucian customers. The decisions of that committee are final. Customer Council members representing any nominated institution will not participate in the evaluation of award submissions.
All winners agree, as a condition of their receipt of the award, to allow Ellucian to use their image, name, and nomination information in any marketing materials, media, and other forms of publicity, without further permission or compensation. Participant(s) affirm that they have the right to use all materials and personal information included in their submission packets.
It is incumbent upon the institution or individual to confirm there is no prohibition imposed on the institution or individual, either by statute or institutional policy or practice, that would preclude the institution or individual from accepting the award.
All participants agree to be bound by these terms and by the decisions of Ellucian, including, but not limited to, decisions regarding eligibility and award recipients, which are final and binding in all respects. Ellucian reserves the right to revise, suspend, or cancel this award program in its sole discretion.
